Ingredients
Three deciliter of oats.
Two tablespoons of cocoa powder.
A half teaspoon of vanilla powder.
One deciliter of coconut oil.
Two tablespoons of coffee(cold).
One pinch of salt.
Ten dates.
Coconut flakes to the topping.
Cooking
Blend the dry ingredients (oats, cocoa powder, vanilla powder, salt) and put that in a mixer/blender/stick blender. Blend until all ingredients are in a powder form and pour it into a bowl.
Put the three other ingredients (coconut oil, coffee, dates) in the mixer. Blend until it becomes a smooth batter.
Knead together the batter to the dry ingredients.
Put it in the fridge for ten minutes before you mold the dough to small balls. Roll the balls into the Coconut flakes.
Different between English and Swedish recipe.
In a english recipe they have other measuring, like one cup of sugar for exempel.
In the english recipe I looked on, they used the word ”unsalted water”, that´s more specific then the Swedish one.
The recipes look similar, most of the time they use the same words.
